Mobius Build is a Sydney-based construction and fitout company specialising in commercial spaces, hospitality venues, and bespoke residential builds.

What Sets Us Apart

Mobius Build started with a straightforward goal: to take the pressure out of construction. We’d seen too many builds become harder than they needed to be — full of confusion, delays, and unnecessary stress. So we set out to do things differently: to bring clarity, structure, and calm to every job.

Over the years, this approach has helped us build long-term relationships with architects, developers, and business owners who trust us to get it right — and to be good people to work with along the way.

Pascal Weber

Director/ Founder

Pascal is the founder and managing director of Mobius Build. His extensive background in the construction industry was established working for Westfield Design and Construction now known as Scentre Group for over Twelve years. During his time with Westfield, he worked on fourteen projects totalling $2.6billion. Pascal Weber’s credentials includes Site Foreman, Estimating / Cost Planning, Project Planning, Contracts Administration, Contracts Management, Tenancy Delivery & Project Management. He is a member of the Master Builders Association and hold a NSW Builder and Supervisor licence.


Pascal’s style on each project is highly engaging and has a direct involvement from concept right through to post-handover.
